Return/exchange policy

Thanks for purchasing from Yousra's store;

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website if you are not satisfied with the product that you have been purchased from us.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product within 14 days (30 days in case of defective items) from the purchase date as long as the item is in its original condition and packing.

* If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.

To return or exchange an item:

  • Step 1: contact Yousra's store Customer service on 02-01001577289 during the working days, inform them that you want to return or exchange your order and share the required details with the customer service representative.
  • Step 2: You will receive a call from the courier to confirm the pickup.
  • Step 3: You will be refunded upon the confirmation of the return and in the exchange cases you will receive the new order.

* The shipping fees will be applied to the customer.

Refund policy

  • After we receive your items, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of some products due to hygiene reasons.

Purchases that are not refundable:

Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned.

  • Hygiene products - Non returnable if packaging is opened.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like racing swimsuits, bikini swimsuits, goggles, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). You will be charged for the shipping fees unless there is damage in the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellation:

In the cancelation case, you should contact us through our website or call Yousra's store customer service team on 02-01001577289 and our team will do the needful process, In the orders paid by credit card we will raise your refund request to the finance & the whole amount you paid (including the shipping fees) will be transferred to the same account within 24 hours (any delay for the refund will be out of Yousra's store liability, it depends on transfer procedures of your bank).

We can’t accept any cancellations after the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
